WHO IS PICKLES?

A FEARLESS KITTEN WITH A POOR PROGNOSIS

Pickles was a tiny, fearless kitten who came into our lives in 2023. Diagnosed early with kidney disease, rehoming him became unlikely, so Pickles stayed with us.

More than just a pet, Pickles became our adventure cat—joining us at work, the beach, the snow, and even rescue adoption days. There, he comforted nervous kittens and helped them shine for potential adopters.

Sadly, Pickles passed at just 7 months of age, but his legacy and impact lives on. Pickles represented our commitment to some of the most vulnerable: neonatal and terminally ill kittens. His story reminds us that, while the odds are often heartbreaking, every kitten deserves a fighting chance—and someone to love them through it.
